Media literacy

Media literacy encompasses the practices that allow accessing, analyzing, evaluating, and presenting messages in various forms. One of the main elements of media literacy is critical thinking about media messages. The media literacy component is proposed to be implemented both among journalists and consumers of information. Media literacy training is a necessary skill in the information flow age for critical comprehension of any information before its submission and comprehension. Teaching media literacy, journalists and consumers of information must learn the skills of critical thinking, checking information from several sources, analytical thinking, etc.
