The program aims at enhancing citizen participation in development and making decisions of public significance, providing a transparent, free and fair decision-making process, considering all the key interests.
Objectives:
- Support efforts of the government and civil society on practical application of the public policy standards on the most critical issues of social and political agenda.
- Support the public discourse on key management decisions by the executive and the legislative power and public initiatives.
- Develop the capacity of civil society organizations, analytical and policy centers.
- Develop the capacity of local authorities for conflict prevention and management in inter-ethnic relations.
