The Open Society Foundations and the University of London invite applications for the above scholarships for Masters programme in Understanding and Securing Human Rights at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies.
Applicants must be both nationals of and residents in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Applicants should have outstanding relevant academic qualifications and an excellent command of the English language. Each scholarship provides one year’s tuition fees at the University of London, a stipend to cover living costs (for one person only), and a return air travel from the scholar’s home country. On completion of the scholarship programme, the scholars are expected to return to their home country to resume their studies or work.
